Dr. Asif Khan Baber is a clinician with extensive experience in musculoskeletal issues. He served as a senior physiotherapist at Aga Khan University Hospital, specializing in MSK and sports medicine. Additionally, he is the President of OMTC Physio Pakistan and has embarked on a journey to attain over 30 international certifications and attend numerous conferences. He offers diploma courses in Orthopaedic Manual Medicine and conducts various workshops on sports medicine in Pakistan to enhance the clinical skills of physiotherapists. Furthermore, he believes in practicing what he preaches. Currently, he serves as a team leader at the Pain Relief Clinic, imparting contemporary skills in MSK assessment and treatment.

Mr. M. Tausif, Specialist Musculoskeletal Podiatrist, possesses comprehensive training in Podiatric Medicine and Clinical Biomechanics. Holding a BSc (Hons) from the University of Huddersfield and an MSc in Clinical Biomechanics, his professional expertise extends across the NHS and private sectors, with a focus on biomechanical injuries and rheumatoid arthritis. Specialised skills include gait analysis, sports biomechanics, orthotics therapy and podopaediatrics.

Mr. Abid Hussain

Mr. Abid is a highly experienced consultant podiatrist with 30 years of expertise, particularly in podiatric sports medicine. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from the University of Westminster and advanced qualifications, including a PGCert and MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

As an extended scope podiatrist, Abid specializes in ultrasound-guided injections and minor skin surgeries. He co-founded the International Podiatric Medical Association to combat diabetic-related amputations in developing countries through public awareness, healthcare professional training, and foot health screenings.

Abid's academic achievements include leading research on sports-related concussion and working towards a PhD at Loughborough University, to be completed in 2026. He played a key role as the lead sports podiatrist at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games and holds esteemed positions, such as a Fellow of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and Vice-Chair of the Royal College of Podiatry Specialist Advisory Group for Podiatric Sports Medicine.

Currently, Abid is the Head of Sports Medicine at the Birmingham Youth Sports Academy, where he oversees governance, safeguarding, and injury treatment for young athletes.

With extensive clinical experience and a background in teaching in the undergraduate program of Physiotherapy, Dr. Yasir has honed his professional practice through diverse professional trainings. In addition to his clinical expertise, he has substantial management experience at The Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, he spearheads a Physiotherapy undergraduate institute at Bahawalpur Medical & Dental College and Teaching Hospital in Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

As a member of the advisory board, he can contribute valuable insights and guidance to advance the goals of the Sports & MSK Physio Society.

Miss Ushna Tasleem is a dedicated final-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student of Hamdard University with a strong passion for her field and a clear career focus. Known for her excellent multitasking abilities, excel at balancing academic, clinical, and personal commitments. Her strong public speaking skills make her a confident communicator, both in professional settings and with patients. Actively involved in serving with different welfare organizations, underscores her commitment to make a positive impact in the healthcare field and community. Additionally, she has a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy and healthcare and is always eager to learn and grow in her career.

Imtiaz Khan holds an M. Phil in Sports Medicine & Manipulative Physical Therapy (SM&SMPT) from ISRA University, earned between 2013 and 2015.

He furthered his education with a TDPT (Doctor of Physiotherapy) from Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre in 2016/17, following his initial B.S.P.T from Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, University of Karachi in 2004.

Imtiaz has actively pursued specialized training, including workshops on Kinesiology Taping and Muscle Energy Techniques through the PCB Game Education Program held at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore.
